What we are looking for
The main function of the Program Coordinator is to ensure the administrative details of the Online Certificate Program run smoothly and enable the highest possible level of responsiveness and detail-oriented documentation. The Program Coordinator will work alongside student workers and will assist in record-keeping and scheduling. Additionally, the Program Coordinator will help with the daily tasks of the program including correspondence, mailings, printing, record-keeping, student interactions, implementing curriculum and website updates, and planning and executing in-person events. This is a part-time position, working 20-28 hours per week during normal business hours.
Currently, the Online Certificate Program serves approximately 200 non-scholastic certificate students annually through asynchronous online courses that are open/active year-round and serve distance-learning students wherever they are in the country and around the world.
A bachelor's degree and two years of relevant work experience are required.

*A combination of education and work experience will be considered in lieu of the required degree and/or years of experience.
Applications must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
What you will do
- Assist the director with student recruitment, enrollment, assessment, guidance, and support.
- Track all record keeping within FileMaker and EMMA and monitor correspondence related to recruitment and retention.
- Manage administration of mailings, certificate printing, event-planning and travel arrangements.
- Support limited administration needs for other continuing education programs at Truett Seminary.
- Perform all other duties as assigned to support Baylor's mission.
- Ability to comply with university policies.
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
